1. Description of Service:
1.1. Our platform provides generative image AI services, allowing the user to upload images and create AI models that mimic and understand the style and content of those uploaded imaeges.
1.2. Our platform generates images based on the images provided. It is designed to delete the provided images within 24-hour period after successful completion of the process. The images are automatically deleted from our systems.
2. User Responsibilities:
2.1. User Accounts: In order to access and use our services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update any changes to your account information.
2.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you upload and the processing tasks you request comply with these legal requirements.
2.3. Prohibited Activities: You must not use our services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or processing images that infringe upon intellectual property rights, contain explicit or offensive content, or violate the privacy rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1. Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, including any intellectual property rights associated with it. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership or rights to our intellectual property.
3.2. User Content: By uploading images to our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use, process, and transmit such images. You retain ownership of any images you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and perform the necessary processing tasks on these images solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
3.3. AI Models: You retain ownership of all the models generated through this platform, as long as they are in step with the licenses dictated by those models' licenses.
4. Limitation of Liability:
4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.2. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
4.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the images generated through the models creaated on this platform adhere to the terms laid out in each of the models' licenses.
5. Privacy:
5.1. Our collection, use, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Termination:
6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. In the event of termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
